How you do anything, is how you do everything....

 


This will drive my husband crazy... but i am starting my 75 Hard over.... again... yes, again...

Why?

Because i got lazy. I wasn't giving it 110%... not in my workouts and not in my nutrition. My endometrial ablation seems to have failed.... sort of.... so, I got distracted.

I am more focused now. The focus needs to be me and my health and mental toughness. 

THIS TIME, I will have a strict schedule.

THIS TIME, I will do what is best for me.

THIS TIME, I will give 110% each day.

In other non-news:

I am on Day 3 of "Every Damn Street". This morning I was up and out the door at 6am. I ran some streets and managed to get turned around and forgot a 200 meter section. (I'll go back tonight and finish that up).




Tomorrow is grocery day and it is all about success. An extensive list will be made, meal planning and prepping will be very important later today.

Changes starting tomorrow: My NEW Day 1 of 75 Hard....

  • Alarm at 5am... meditate, photo, read.... 
  • Running by 6am.
  • Gym at 7am.
  • Vegan intermittent fasting from 9am to 3pm.
  • Run or workout again after work 7pm to 8pm.
  • Bed by 10pm.

Real change can happen but i need to commit fully to this 75 Day adventure. 

Not even an Ablated uterus will stop me!!!!!
